Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use Simmer & Salt. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we've done

• A "skip to content" link, clear headings and landmarks for screen readers
• Descriptive alternative text on recipe photos
• Text that can be resized up to 200% and a layout that works on phones
• Filters, buttons and the servings calculator all work with a keyboard
• Print-friendly recipe pages

Known limitations

Adverts are supplied by third parties and may not always meet the same standard. Some older photos may have brief alternative text.
